Our Founders:
Yamil Cruz, a former US Marine Corps leader, brings 12 years of invaluable experience in roles such as platoon sergeant and company gunnery sergeant. Transitioning to executive leadership in technology and finance, his passion for coaching and mentoring flourished.
Brenda Cruz, with over a decade of experience in administrative and leadership roles, including executive assistance, is driven by helping others unlock their potential. Her career in talent development enables her to work with diverse organizations, nurturing high-performance teams and top talent.

OUR MISSION
We Specialize in helping the US Military Veteran community and their families better plan for their futures with sound and proven financial principles. As a former military family we understand the hurdles of military transition and all that entails. As a Hispanic family we also see the need for financial education our Latin communities require and so it is our mission to help educate them to make better financial decisions about their retirement and insurance needs.
